For Individual Account Registration

  1. Kindly provide the following information:
    • Customer Account Information Form (Click to download) and Speciment Signature Cards – two (2) copies required (Click to download)
    • Photocopies of two valid ID’s, preferably government issued

For Corporate Account Registration

  1. Kindly provide the the following information: 
    Customer Account Information Form (Click to download)
  2. Secretary’s Certificate of Board Resolution which authorizes the opening of the account with SARANGANI SECURITIES, INC., designating the authorized signatories to operate the account with their specimen signatures appearing thereon.
  3. Photocopy of 2 valid and current government issued IDs for each signatory (front and back portions) with specimen signatures on the photocopies
  4. Specimen Signature Cards for each of the authorized signatories – two (2) copies required (Click to download) 
  5. Certified true copy of the SEC Registration
  6. Certified true copy of the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws
  7. Certified true copy of the Latest General Information Sheet
  8. Certified true copy of the Latest Audited Financial Statement
  9. Photocopy of the latest Business Permit
